PRODUCT RETURNS and exchange

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. 

  •  Exceptions for returns and exchanges is if we make a mistake and send the wrong products.

You understand and agree to our refund policy. You understand that once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations can not be made (including items changes, shipping address changes, etc). Unique Pieces is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages VIP Insurance.  is available for purchases.  

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We offer fast and convenient same day shipping. Cut off time is 12pm EST Monday-Friday. After 12pm EST order ship next day. We ship on business days only (Monday-Friday). International shipments are responsible for custom taxes and duties upon delivery. In order to avoid any delays in shipping, please provide matching shipping & billing addresses. You can expect to receive your items in 2-4 business days.

Our extensions are 100% RAW and can last up to 5 years. Our hair looks better with every wash, year after year.
